In this case

1. Check the temperature in the switch cabinet
2. Check whether the fan/battery module is inserted
3. Replace the fan/battery module

Information about replacing the fan/battery module:
(from D425, D435 optional, from D445, D445-1 and D4x5-2 always necessary)

• D425, D435, D445: 6FC5348-0AA01-0AA0 (single fan)
• D445-1, D4x5-2: 6FC5348-0AA02-0AA0 (double fan)

Start-up without CF card or invalid operating system

7-segment display shows "8," the middle bar of the "8" flashes, and all status LEDs light up yellow

In this case

1. Check whether the correct firmware is being used via Content.txt in the main directory of the CF card
2. Reformat the CF card (if incorrectly formatted or formatting defective)
   • for D410 / D4x5: FAT and FAT16
   • for D410-2 / D4x5-2: FAT, FAT16 and FAT32
3. Re-import bootloader onto card (also after formatting, we recommend this, to preclude a defective bootloader)
4. Check the CF card using tools, e.g. MS-Windows CheckDisk
5. Replace CF card
